Title: Users may be unable to access their mailbox with any Exchange Online connection method
User impact: Users may be unable to access their mailbox with any Exchange Online connection method.
Current status: We’ve paused the infrastructure restarts and configuration deployment while we evaluate an alternate mitigation to remove the affected network filter without requiring additional restarts.
Scope of impact: This event may affect users who attempt to access their mailboxes with any connection method in the North America region. This section may be updated as our investigation continues.
Root cause: A networking issue on the portion of affected infrastructure that services Exchange Online connectivity is leading to inefficient performance and impact.

Investigating - We have received reports that customers are unable to purchase Protect licenses on store.knowbe4.com. We are investigating this issue and will update this page when we have more information.
