Title: Some users can't access Exchange Online mailboxes from any connection methodUser impact: Users may be unable to access Exchange Online mailboxes from any connection method.Current status: While moving affected traffic does appear to help alleviate some impact, the underlying issue persists. We're continuing to investigate what's causing the sub-optimal service performance on the portion of infrastructure to better inform our next troubleshooting steps and fully resolve impact. Scope of impact: This issue may prevent some users in Brazil, Europe, and North America from accessing their Exchange Online mailboxes from any connection method. Title: Some users may be intermittently unable to access SharePoint Online sitesUser impact: Users may be intermittently unable to access SharePoint Online sites.More info: Affected users may see a "Something went wrong" error message.While we focus on remediation, users may be able to circumvent the issue by utilizing InPrivate browsing.Current status: We've further confirmed that a change intended to provide updated configurations to our authentication components resulted in the request URL containing too many characters and requests thus failing. We've disabled this change for a subset of users to confirm it successfully remediates impact. Investigating - Clever is currently experiencing an issue where the district-admin endpoint is not returning data for some districts. In addition, this may be leading to a subset of District Admins not being able to access some learning applications. We are currently investigating this issue and will provide prompt updates when we have them!
